L2 Extra Brut
Less dosage (/sugar) than the Brut, making it pure, dry, elegant, and fresh. This beautiful sustainably produced champagne has a refined fizz thanks to its long aging (+30 months).
L2 Rosé Brut
The lady in red is sensual and charming, reflected in the attractive floral nose with a hint of small red fruit. A soft and fresh taste lives up to expectations. This rosé champagne is excellent as an aperitif, with sweet or savory pairings, and with desserts.

Handpluk
Elke tros wordt met de hand geplukt op de hellingen van Passy-Grigny, in de Vallée de la Marne. Kleinschalig, duurzaam en met zorg voor de wijngaard.

De blend
50% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir en 20% Chardonnay. Samen geven ze L2 een ronde, toegankelijke smaak die je niet hoeft uit te leggen.

30 maanden
De fles rust minstens 30 maanden, twee keer zo lang als verplicht. Dat proef je: een fijne sparkle en tonen van vers brood.

Helder maken
Na het rijpen halen we de gist uit de hals van de fles. Wat overblijft is een heldere champagne, klaar om te poppen.

Een vleugje suiker
Tot slot krijgt elke fles 6,75 gram suiker. Net genoeg voor balans, met behoud van die frisse, droge afdronk.
