L2 Champagne Blanc de Blancs - Brut

Soft, pure, and accessible in taste. Floral aromas and a hint of brioche in the flavor. The Chardonnay grape grows only in a few plots, clay, and chalk soil, in Passy-Grigny. The grapes are hand-picked and have had 36 months of aging in the bottle. If you decide not to drink this bottle right away, it has a storage potential of 5 years (if stored properly)

With which dishes does this L2 Champagne pair well?

We believe that champagne pairs well with every dish due to the accessibility that champagne offers, thanks to its fine bubbles. Below are some options where this champagne shines even more:

  • Gratinated clams with cardamom, turbot, and cream sauce with fennel and white pepper
  • Scallop
  • Tomato tartare with basil
