Certified Ecological and Sustainable Production

L2 Champagne Brut

A beautiful, round, sustainably produced champagne with fine bubbles and 30 months of bottle aging.

This champagne consists of a blend of the best-known grape varieties in the Champagne region: Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. The nose reveals a pronounced floral note, along with aromas of dried fruit that subtly give way to citrus notes. On the palate, this champagne has notable freshness and high density.

Which dishes pair well with this L2 Champagne?

We believe that champagne pairs well with every dish because of its accessibility, partly thanks to its fine bubbles. Below are a number of options with which this champagne comes into its own particularly well:

  • Sardines marinated in ginger and grated Parmesan cheese
  • Foie gras and roasted pineapple chunks
  • Scallop carpaccio with potatoes (preferably from Normandy, medium-sized)
  • Green pea salad, cod loin with steamed endive
